Every single one of our technicians is ASME Section IX trained and certified. In addition, we track every fusion with a DataLogger®, which inputs fusion data into the cloud for optimized quality assurance. Another major part of QC comes with years of experience in catching imperfections during the welding process—our unmatched time in the field affords us this expertise.
Hydro Testing
After installing the plastic piping system, we hydro-test the line to ensure it’s going to pass inspection and safety standards for plastic piping. Hydro testing for HDPE and plastic pipe is highly specialized, but at US FUSION our crews are experienced with these systems, and work to meet your time and budget requirements.
